  • Automated backups to prevent data loss
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. International Users

We offer our services to users outside of our home country. If you are accessing PM Copilot from a location outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our servers are located. By using our application, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence.

11. Google User Data

When you sign in to PM Copilot using your Google account, we may access and store certain information associated with your Google account, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used to authenticate your account and personalize your experience within our application.
We do not share your Google user data with any third parties, except as described in section 4 of this Privacy Policy. Your Google user data is stored securely in our cloud storage and is subject to the same data protection measures outlined in section 5.
Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can revoke PM Copilot's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings."

12. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about our privacy practices. Your continued use of PM Copilot after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
